About Luigi
Luigi Rondanini is observing something most organizations haven't noticed yet: coordination is becoming obsolete.
After 25+ years on trading floors and in transformation roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, he noticed a pattern. In organizations like GitHub, Netflix, and Spotify, traditional project management was thinning. Meetings became optional. Status reports went unread. Decisions flowed directly to people with information. Coordination was becoming infrastructure, not work.
